The large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/breakfast area includes a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, with ice maker and chilled water dispensers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker and many more appliances. All necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided for up to 12 guests.

The kitchen/breakfast area overlooks the pool, and has comfortable seating for seven guests.

A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility room, providing access to the games room.
