Rental and Associated Charges

2007 Weekly Villa Rates

Please see our Term & Conditions for deposits and payment terms. We reserve the right to vary prices, but all prices will be guaranteed on confirmation of booking and payment of deposit.

Pool Heat

Standard charge is £100 / $150 per week or part week. This facility can be pre-booked or arranged locally through our management company.

Car Hire

We can obtain competitive rates through Dollar Rental, who have excellent facilities at both Orlando Sanford and Orlando International Airports. Prices available on request.

Cot and High Chair Hire

There is free use of the villa's high chair, and cot hire is available from our local management company. We will be happy to advise on terms of hire at the time of booking.

American Rentals

For the convenience of American customers payment can be made to our local management company in Orlando. Checks for holding and security deposit should be made payable to Mr & Mrs Allen, while checks for rent, pool heat and any other charges should be made payable to Terry's Vacation Villas.
