2008 Weekly Villa Rates

Please see our Term & Conditions for deposits and payment terms. We reserve the right to vary prices, but all prices will be guaranteed on confirmation of booking and payment of deposit.

Discounts available for last minute or forward bookings (3 months+) or for extended stays.

Pool Heat

Standard charge is £15/$25 per day (see terms). This facility can be pre-booked or arranged locally through our management company.

Cot, Stroller/Buggy and High Chair

There is free use of the villa's high chair and stroller/buggy. Cot and roll-out/camp bed hire is also available from our local management company. We will be happy to advise on terms of hire at the time of booking.

American Rentals

For the convenience of American customers payment can be made to our local management company in Orlando. Checks should be made payable to Mr & Mrs Allen.
